At Crozier Workwear, we want you to love your order—but if something’s not quite right, we’re here to help.

Made-to-Order & Personalised Items

As all our products are made to order and often personalised, we’re unable to accept returns or offer refunds unless your item is faulty or incorrect.

We strongly recommend double-checking all spellings, sizes, and custom details before placing your order.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described, please get in touch within 7 days of delivery.
Email us at info@crozierworkwear.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • A clear photo of the item in question

We’ll resolve the issue as quickly as possible, either by replacing the item or offering a refund where appropriate.

Exchanges

Because every item is custom-made, we cannot offer exchanges for sizing or design changes once your order is in production. If you're unsure about sizes, get in touch before ordering—we’re happy to help guide you.

Cancellations or changes

If you need to cancel an order or change your items, please contact us within 24 hours of placing it. After this time, your item may already be in production and we may not be able to stop it.
